According to our observation, Human Rights are violated by Police Officers, in all aspects of community life including in prison, and while examining suspected persons. Our Union decided to help people in this case. Therefore, they created the consultation bureau of defenders. The bureau was located next to the Police Office. That gave the bureau employees access to observe every step made by Police clerks. It was important that the building of Road Control Police, Registry, and the Visa and Passport Service Department were just near the Police Office. This gave us an opportunity to have fewer violation problems with these offices also. While accomplishing this project 44 citizens took free of charge defense at the law courts and about 700 consultations. These projects were formed to shed light on some of serious violations of Human Rights.
