This project was designed to display human right violations occurring in Akhaltsikhe. To give the information and consult anonymously was interesting for the population. In every part of Akhaltsikhe stood little pillar-boxes called "Rights Post". It gave the people a chance to report concrete facts of violations of Human Rights that were happening in their communities. We replied to their questions and professional lawyers consulted with each of these cases in a free informational bulletin "Herald of Rights", which was published once a week. As it was anonymous, the population was encouraged to speak about their violated Rights. We received many letters and questions by our "Rights Post". In many cases, people preferred to remain anonymous. This informational bulletin was changed to an informational television program, which was transmitted by a local TV company. In this program, citizens' questions were replied to directly. (It is worth to mention that this program was transmitted only for a few months after our project's implementation date, with the Union's own finances.)
We can say that the project carried out its goal though a number of persons whose Rights were violated, preferred to remain anonymous. According to the letters we received in the Rights Post, we were able to determine concrete statistical data of the frequency of human right violations in Akhaltsikhe. These statistics were sent to the ambassadors of the Government
