Disagreement between low machinery and local population become customary in the district of Ninotsminda. The citizens have problems whilst receiving various documentations, e.g. ID card, passport, technical passport of vehicle, driver’s license. In order to solve this issue, the meeting was held in Ninotsminda on 22 July 2004. The meeting was attended by staff members of the Legal Consultation Center, Deputy Chief of Regional Police Department of Samtskhe-Javakheti, Head of Police Department of Ninotsminda and citizens of Ninotsminda.

The objective of the meeting was to openly discus problems, existed between low machinery of the district and the community, also provision of population with information of their concern.

At the meeting all the questions, aroused from the citizen were responded in proper way. Most of the questions were about the reforms of police department, rule to receive passport and its price, price for technical passport of vehicle. The community had been explained about the procedures how to address higher organs in case of improper treatment.
